The Investor is for those who want to delve into the investment side of motion picture making, and provide a basic investment to insure the production of I AM BEN.
(Note: this is a donation or investment position.)
The Investor will receive:
-Investor credit at the end of the film
-DVD of the film
-Advance invitation to screenings/events
-Personalized booklet
-Possible return on the investment
THIS IS AN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY. BE SURE TO READ THE INVESTOR PACKET BEFORE GOING FORWARD.
Investors will be compensated thusly:
A) Each Investor in the Picture shall receive their invested percent of every gross dollar earned quarterly until initial investment is reimbursed in full.
B) Upon generation of net profit, Optimal Entertainment and Investor team will split every dollar 50/50. Thus, each investor will receive their percent invested from each fifty [50] cents of the Picture's net profit. Payments will be made quarterly for the first seven [7] years of generated profit and annually in perpetuity thereafter.
